PROPERTY TYPES: 

• Industrial: manufacturing and/or warehousing with up to 25- 30% office, parked 2 stalls per 1000 SF.
• Flex: industrial & warehouse combination with 30%-35% office. Parked 3.5 stalls per 1000 SF.
• Research & Development: a more highly improved building interior with a higher employee load than industrial & flex.  Typically parked 3.5-4.0 stalls per 1000 SF.
• Office: single floor to high rise buildings, usually parked at least 4 space per 1000 SF.
